We empower students to lead healthy, active lives through sports, wellness activities, and nutrition education. Our programs promote physical fitness, emotional well-being, and lifelong healthy habits in a safe, inclusive environment. Through sports, our students build leadership, make informed food choices, and learn teamwork. Special focus is placed on increasing girls’ participation in sports, creating equitable, inclusive, and empowering spaces where every student can thrive.

ASAS-LA offers tailored assistance to help students feel supported, motivated and confident with core subjects and in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Making STEM fun, accessible and exciting helps students gain critical thinking, creative and communication skills.
